Parking buildings and offices

CBD pick-ups are usually easiest from a carpark building or a loading zone. Tell us the building, the level and the bay number, and who to see about the keys, and we'll handle the rest.

Outdoor washing on your property

If we detail at your place, we need somewhere the wash water can soak into the ground — grass or gravel — or a hose connection into the wastewater system. We can't let soapy runoff run into a gutter or a sump, because that goes straight into the harbour. Read why →

Getting a result from the run

How the day works

  1. Pick-up in the morning

    Most collections happen before 11:30am so the car has a full working day. We text you ten minutes before we arrive.

  2. Walk-around and keys

    Odometer noted, pre-existing damage marked, keys logged. You get told exactly what we're doing and what it costs.

  3. Detail at the workshop

    Interior and exterior work to your package. If we find something that needs more than we quoted, we ring you first.

  4. Return to your address

    We bring the vehicle back to the same address at the agreed time and let you know when we are on the way.
