The main event
Full Detail
A complete inside-and-out restore. Five to six hours of work depending on the vehicle and what it's been through. From $379.50 incl. GST.
Book this if…
the car is being sold or traded, you've just bought it, it's a work vehicle, or it hasn't had more than a petrol-station wash in a few years.
Exterior
- Pre-rinse, then a two-bucket hand wash with a pH-neutral shampoo
- Wheels, arches, tyres and door jambs cleaned separately — never the same mitt as the paint
- Bug, tar and tree sap removed
- Paint assessed for swirls, then clay-decontaminated so it feels glass-smooth
- Hand dried with clean microfibre, then paint sealed for gloss and water beading
- Glass done inside and out, exterior trim and tyres dressed
Interior
- Full vacuum — seats, carpets, boot, and under the seats where the crumbs live
- Steam clean for hard surfaces, vents and crevices.
- Fabric shampoo and hot-water extraction on seats and carpets as needed
- Plastics, dash and trim cleaned and UV-protected (not left greasy)
- Leather cleaned and conditioned if the car has leather
- Interior glass streak-free, mats washed, interior dried properly before hand-back

Outside only
Exterior Detail
Hand wash, hand polish, tar and bug removal, then protection. From $138 incl. GST, 1.5 hours.
Worth doing before winter and before you sell. Sealed paint means Wellington's salt spray and wind-blown sand rinse off instead of etching in.

Pet hair removal
Everyday shedding goes with a Full Detail. Heavy, long-standing hair is quoted on application — and always confirmed with you before we start.
Dog and cat hair weaves itself into carpet pile and seat fabric. A vacuum pulls the loose surface layer and leaves the rest — which is why cars come back still hairy.
How we get it out
- Rubber and brush agitation to lift the hair out of the pile
- Compressed air into the seams, rails and under-seat gaps where it collects
- Repeated vacuum passes with the right tool head
- Hot-water extraction to flush the last of it and the dander with it
- Boot and cargo area treated as part of the job — it's always the worst bit
Hair matted into the pile, or bonded with mud and sand, can take extra hours. We tell you what it will cost before we start, so there's no argument at pick-up.

Smell removal
A listed service, $402.50 incl. GST for either vehicle class. Smoke, wet dog, milk, vomit, damp and mould — treated at the source, not covered up.
Air fresheners and "bomb" sprays coat the smell for a week. Odour lives in fabric, seat foam, the headliner and the air conditioning path, so that's where we treat it.
What we do
- Find and remove the source — food, damp padding, a leaking seal, old spills
- Shampoo and extract carpets, seats and headliner as needed
- Clean and treat the HVAC intake and vents
- Neutralise with an ozone or vapour treatment, then air the car out fully
- Re-check with you before hand-back: if the smell isn't gone, neither are we
Straight answer on smells
If smoke has been in a car for years, or a spill has soaked into seat foam, we can remove most of it — but we won't promise a new car. We'll tell you honestly what we think is achievable before you pay us anything.
